Growing up with a yoga teacher as her mother, Ashleigh Sergeant began her exploration of yoga at an early age, dedicated to the pursuit of healing a lifelong spine condition. As the Head of Yoga Content for Gaia.com, Director of Yoga and Movement for The Envision Festival in Costa Rica, and co-founder of The Ālaya Yoga School, Ashleigh Sergeant also spent five years as the Global Yoga Trainer for Adidas and was honored to be the youngest Certified Anusara Yoga Instructor in the world. Her classes are a blend of slow, alignment-based flow with creative sequencing, precise technique and lots of room for personal exploration in non-linear out of the ordinary postures.

DJ Drez’s music has been moving bodies for more than two decades. His sound is an organic blend of mystical hip-hop, reggae roots and Indian raga that has been known to instigate a dance party one instant, and soothe a group into a meditative savasana the next. DJ Drez is in demand as a producer, musical director and sound ambassador. A master of his craft in the studio and on stage, Drez cuts and composes profoundly original tracks that facilitate body movement practice of all forms— be it dance, yoga asana or after-hours intimate/ecstatic.
