Reiki Re-Attunement Levels 1 & 2

Already a Reiki Level 1 & 2 practitioner but wish to renew your knowledge and skills?  

Sign up for the entire day for only $55!  Whether you received the initial certification training from Firefly or from another Reiki Master, it doesn't matter.  You can join us for the full day and get reaquanted with your skills or just gain new knowledge and be re-initiated. 

This Reiki Level I & II class combines teaching, discussion and hands on practice. You will learn how to administer Reiki treatments and how to use Reiki on yourself. By the end of the day you will be a Reiki practitioner with the ability to heal yourself, others and even the Earth.

Class outline: Welcome and share time What is Reiki and the history of Reiki Everything is energy, everything is vibration

Using crystals in Reiki session Reiki principles Reiki Symbols including the Symbol for distance healing Becoming a Reiki practitioner

**Lunch** Easy Stretching practice Meditation, relaxation, balancing chakras Meditations to center yourself and your intentions Attunement to Level I and II Learning the positions of the hands, feeling the energy, breathing Self-treatment, treating others, applying Reiki to plants, animals and crystals Practical applications of Reiki

Please bring water for yourself and a healthy vegetarian snack for lunch. Wear comfortable clothes of natural material such as cotton or linen if possible.
