Reiki Initiation Level 2 ONLY

If you already are a Level 1 practitioner, join us for FREE from 10:00am-1:00pm and simply pay for the afternoon session from 1:00pm-6:00pm.  This Reiki Level I & II class combines teaching, discussion and hands on practice. You will learn how to administer Reiki treatments and how to use Reiki on yourself. By the end of the day you will be a Reiki practitioner with the ability to heal yourself, others and even the Earth.

**Lunch Break** Reiki Symbols including the Symbol for distance healing Becoming a Reiki practitioner Easy Yoga practice Meditation, relaxation, balancing chakras Meditations to center yourself and your intentions Attunement to Level I and II Learning the positions of the hands, feeling the energy, breathing Self-treatment, treating others, applying Reiki to plants, animals and crystals Practical applications of Reiki

Please bring water for yourself and a healthy vegetarian snack to share for lunch if you are joining us for the morning session as well. Wear comfortable clothes of natural material such as cotton or linen if possible.
