In this workshop you will learn to isolate, engage and strengthen the large muscle groups in the lower body in order to create the essential stabilization in your hip joints to create freedom in the low back. With a focus on functional movement, we will understand how every we pose we do is actually a full body experience and how the “core” is far more that the muscles in your belly.
Open to all levels of practitioners this practice will be focus on healthy alignment and muscle engagement as both a therapeutic practice as well as part of regular strength training. Whether you are a yoga teacher looking to gather more tools to help your students, looking to advance your practice or someone suffering from chronic pain or acute injury this workshop is a great fit for you.
